2021 Open Enrollment Presentation

Welcome to your 2021 Open Enrollment Support Center! We realize these are strange circumstances in which to navigate our annual Open Enrollment event, and we hope the information on this page is helpful to you.

All furloughed employees will be receiving an Open Enrollment packet by mail. The packet includes your personalized Open Enrollment Form, a 2021 Benefits Bulletin, and our Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) document as required by law.
