THE RV PARK

The Sky Ute RV Park offers the perfect base camp for your next getaway in southwest Colorado.

Situated just 22 miles from downtown Durango, the RV park offers stunning views and quick access to the best the region has to offer, including Mesa Verde National Park, hiking, river rafting, fishing and more. You’ll also have access to our resort amenities, including the pool, fitness center, showers, laundry facilities and Wi-Fi. Have your adventure and your comfort, too, at the Sky Ute RV Park!

THE SITES

24 spaces (including 3 ADA accessible spaces)
Water and sewer hookups for 20, 30 and 50 amps
All spaces are $65 per night plus tax and fees (excludes blackout dates)
Open April 1st – mid-November, depending on weather conditions

THE DETAILS

Check in time with host is 12PM to 6PM
Check out time is 11AM
LATE ARRIVALS: From 6PM to 9PM no RV Host is available. Call 800.876.7017 or go to the hotel front desk to check in.
QUIET HOURS: 10PM-7AM. No arrivals or check-ins will be accepted during this time. Complimentary parking is available in the south parking lot during these times.
If you wish to stay another night, please check with the hotel front desk by 11AM for availability and to update your parking pass and keys.
Please place your parking pass in the window so it is visible.

Please Note: We only allow manufactured RVs & Campers that are no more than 15 years old to rent a space in the park. Pop-up tent-style campers are NOT allowed.
